Change Email Password

To have your email password changed, please follow the steps below:

1.  Open up your internet browser (eg. Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, etc);

2.  In the address bar, type, http://www.domain.com/webmail where ‘domain.com’ is your company’s domain name. In other words, if your company domain is mycompany.com, it’d be http://www.mycompany.com/webmail

3.  When prompted for username, type in your FULL email address (eg. yourname@mycompany.com, not just yourname);

4.  As for the password, if you’re migrating from another server, please key in the default password given to you by your administrator;

5.  Once you’re logged in, look out for the “Change Password” icon on the bottom left. See example below:

6.  Click on that icon and follow the instructions accordingly and change to your desired *password.

*If you’re migrating from another server and do not want to change the settings on your other devices (eg. Blackberry, iPhone, PC, laptops, etc), just change the default password given by your administrator to the one you’re using currently.

And They’re Saying…

One of the things I like about them is their prompt response to my e-mails. Thanks so much for all your help. I will be in touch with you guys regarding some future projects we are considering.

I chanced upon Hosthaven when I was looking for people to design my company logo. I was so impressed by their fast turn around time and support that I’ve gotten them to re-design my website. I also switched from my previous web hosting company to them too! A smart move indeed!
